Jeanette Dedman
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I bring over 20 years of senior-level HR experience, including Director-level roles across a variety of business sectors and international markets.

Since founding Worksmart HR in 2014, I have partnered with a diverse range of businesses to strengthen their people management capabilities. Drawing on my deep HR expertise, I help clients take a proactive and strategic approach to the challenges that arise in managing and supporting their workforce.

I’m proud to work alongside a trusted network of like-minded professionals. This collaborative approach allows Worksmart HR to offer a comprehensive suite of services, including employment advice, professional coaching, tailored training, HR analytics, audits, and employee engagement surveys.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully navigated complex workplace situations and facilitated many difficult conversations. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of open communication and collaborative problem-solving. My passion for helping people find common ground led me to become an Accredited Mediator, enabling me to independently support the resolution of workplace and employment disputes through alternative dispute resolution.
